For tailored contracts, the price covers the entire document lifecycle, from drafting to final lawyer validation. For standard contract reviews, the price includes the review of the contract together with the identification of legal risks and key issues. For contract negotiation, the price also includes full support throughout the negotiation process. For legal opinions, the price covers both the preparation and final lawyer validation of the legal opinion.
Every document is reviewed and validated by qualified lawyers, who remain professionally responsible for the legal review and the final version delivered to the client.
Privacy and security
Data and documents are managed through secure access controls and remain segregated by client and matter. Passwords are securely hashed and cannot be accessed by the platform. Access to the secure client area automatically expires after a period of inactivity. Information is used solely to provide the requested legal services, and processing is limited to the data necessary for that purpose.
